Today was a great day! If you read Tera's Facebook status update, we received an unexpected monetary gift today from a friend. God is so good to us! We continually are overwhelmed with people's kindness and love towards us...and many of those people are people whom we have never met before!
Caleb had a pretty good day. He got to come home, so that was good, but I am not sure he felt great all day. He is starting to complain again about his mouth hurting. There are currently no sores that we can see in his mouth, but this is what happened last time he came off chemo before the sores showed up. So, we are just waiting for them to appear again. So, please be in prayer for Caleb's mouth over the next few days...pray that the pain might be low and that there would be quick healing in his mouth.
Tomorrow, we have to be at PHX Children's Hospital by 6:15 am. The drive takes about 20 minutes. We need to make a few stops on the way and so we are going to try and leave around 5:45 to make sure we get there in time. That is early! He will get his LP and when he wakes up and is ready to go, I think we are out of there. Cooper is also getting a LP tomorrow right after Caleb. It is pretty crazy! Maybe we will run into them sometime tomorrow!
Since it is late and I have an extremely early morning, I am going to keep it short! I will try and post while we are waiting with Caleb and for Caleb to get out of his procedure.
Thanks to whomever gave us the generous gift! I am not sure if you read this or not, but what you did for my family is amazing and so helpful!
Also, thanks to all who are praying! We continually need them and believe that God is working in our midst. Just know that things are going well, but even tonight, Tera and I talked about how scared we both still are. There are still so many questions and so we are taking it one day at a time.
