I reported earlier that Caleb might get to go home toeday. That has changed just a little bit.
His counts are still going up, but they want to watch him a bit longer and have his blood checked one more time tomorrow morning. If everything looks good again, he should be able to go home tomorrow morning. That is still good news! It would be awesome to go home today, but we want to make sure we are taking a healthy kid home.
He still doing well and looking good. He is eating more and drinking a lot so that heps! He also has not had any pain meds since 7 am this morning and is not complaining of any pain whatsoever! That is awesome!
So, if everything keeps going the same direction, we should be home sometime tomorrow. We haven't seen the doctor yet today, but when we do we will have a few questions for him about everything.
We are celebrating good counts and a laughing boy! We are currently watching a movie and he is cracking up! Laughter is an awesome thing!
