A New Day- April 20th, 2012

Sorry this has taken a bit to post but it has been a busy morning!

The morning started with waking up and Caleb saying he had a bit of pain.  However, it went away and hopefully will not happen again!  We just found out it was probably heart burn so that is a relief.

From there, I went to speak at chapel for HCA.  The speaking was average, but the really cool surprise that happened this morning was Caleb actually went to chapel and came up at the end of chapel!  It was such a surprise and everyone clapped and cheered!  It was a great experience!

After chapel, he got to spend some time with his class.  His class gave Caleb and Cully "Build a Bears" that they had made!  Caleb's was a hip-hop fox and Cully's was a Kermit the Frog Puppet doll.  They each have 10 hearts in them, one for each member of Caleb's class and his teacher!  They even prayed over the hearts before the put them...right there in the middle of the store!  What a great class and a great school that we are a part of!  We are very blessed!

From there, we were home for about 45 minutes and then off to clinic for our first shot.  I gave the shot and nurse said I did perfect!  Of course, no one was doubting my ability, right?

This experience was not as good as we were hoping!  Caleb really worked himself up over the whole thing and we are hoping tomorrow will be a little different.  The nurse gave us some different pointers on making it a better experience next time and talked with Caleb about the entire process.  Tomorrow will be a new day and we will work it out!

From here, I am going in to work for a bit, Tera is getting her haircut really short today (not shaved, but about as close as you can get to it, we will have pictures later), and then Tera and I have an event at church later this evening.  Caleb will be with Grammy and Pop Pop, Uncle Seth and brother.

So, we are looking forward to chilling the rest of the day.

I will have some pictures throughout the day of several other things!

Grace and Peace
